Welcome to the Canterbury Academy Open Events 2026. We have provided some relevant information below to enable you to visit our school, should you wish to. Please read through all of the information carefully before booking an event. We look forward to welcoming you and your son/daughter to one of our events. The dates and times of our events are:
Open Evening, Thursday 8th October Talk and Tour at 5 pm, 6 pm and 7 pm.
A presentation from Mr Watson and Mrs Morgan at: 5.00pm, 6.00pm or 7.00pm, followed by a tour.
Open Saturday, Saturday 10th October Talk and Tour at 9.00 am and 10.00 am.
This session will include a presentation by our Chief Executive Officer, Mr Watson, and Head of School, Mrs Morgan, followed by optional activities from one of our four Pillars: Academic, Practical Learning, Performing Arts and Sport, and a tour of our campus.
Ticket numbers are limited for each session, so please arrive for the time you have booked, as we may not be able to accommodate you at another session. You may book entry for up to 4 people for the ‘Talk & Tour’ and 1 child for the choice of one of our Activity sessions below. (Please note: if you are booking an activity for more than one child, you will need to do this as separate bookings) –
- ACADEMIC Activities: We have exciting English activities or super Science experiments in our lab
- PRACTICAL LEARNING Activities: Visit our hair salon to learn some new skills or try skateboarding and also make a key ring
- PERFORMING ARTS Activity: Take part in a fun group musical theatre workshop in our Black Hole Theatre
- SPORT Activity: Enjoy a chance to take part in a variety of sports on our excellent outdoor sports facilities

Open Mornings, Tuesday 13th, Wednesday 14th, Thursday 15th and Friday 16th October Tour and Talk 9.15 am.
The session booked will include a tour of our campus at 9:15am followed by a presentation on admissions from our Chief Executive Officer, Mr Watson, at 10:15am.
